Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at admin@swaggaapparel.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. We will reply with further instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

Damages or incorrect items Contact us immediately at admin@swaggaapparel.com if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it following the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.
